About Cedarhouse Bed and Breakfast
Cedarhouse Bed and Breakfast sits on 7 acres of native bush, gardens, wetlands and pastureland just 3km east of Warkworth Village in Matakana’s “Magic Mile”, overlooking the Ascension Vineyard and Matakana Valley.
Within a 250m radius are the Ascension and Matakana Estate wineries, a top class restaurant, Milford House Linens and the Warkworth Golf Club. Within easy driving distance are cafés, bush walks, farmers and craft markets, boutique cinemas, regional parks, marine reserves, sandy beaches, scuba diving, fishing and much more. We have some docile cows and sheep who come when you call, “Jess” (a very friendly and well-trained border collie), “Truffle and Fudge” (our two cute Kune kune pigs), plus some colourful chickens.

Your spacious studio loft accommodation is a comfortable home away from home offering the following facilities:
- Queen sized bed with en-suite bathroom.
- Cot and/or foldout bed available for children sharing the unit.
- Own entrance plus a garage with internal access.
- Well appointed kitchenette with fridge and microwave (no stove or oven).
- Sunny balcony with table and chairs.

- Books, magazines, board and card games, New Zealand books and tourist information.
- Laundry and Internet facilities available.
Please note that there are unprotected ponds on the property. Special care is needed if you have young children.
Our tariff is inclusive of a continental breakfast.
